Amherst Board of Education advances education policies to regional oversight. The four-member board unanimously approved prior minutes and voted to bring the JKAA restraint training protocol to the regional school committee with requestor Fay Brady present to answer implementation questions. The board also scheduled BEDH (public participation policy) and DFE (fiscal management with district attorney revisions) for regional consideration, while deferring IHBG, JJ, and CBI policies to future meetings.
