13 Amherst Deeds Recorded Since Early September, Few Prices Posted So Far
Amherst recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carry a posted sale price so far: $580,000, $396,900 and $60,000, for a median of $396,900 among those three. The top recorded sale was 166 Harkness Rd. at $580,000, sold by the Diane J Smith Revocable Trust to UMassFive College Federal Credit Union. The remaining 10 transfers show no price yet, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag. No street had more than one recorded sale this period, and six of the 13 transfers involved a trust or estate entity as seller.
