The month's top sale was a $773,000 condominium purchase at 32 North Prospect St, Lovell House Unit 4, by Robert and Claire Ann Hopley from Jay B. and Karen C. Silverstein. Seven of the 16 recorded deeds involved 208 Pine St's Sunwood Pines condominiums, and Amherst Town appeared as buyer in three separate acquisitions with no price recorded.
