The other 13 transfers, including four with Greenfield Savings Bank as seller and several involving trusts, credit unions or municipal buyers, listed no price. Pomeroy Lane had two recorded transfers. With price data available for less than a fifth of recorded transfers, overall market tone cannot be determined from this dataset alone.
