Amherst-Pelham Regional School Committee enters closed session on superintendent Dr. E Xiomara Herman contract. Chair William Sherr moved unanimously to enter executive session under M.G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a), purpose 2, for strategy sessions and contract negotiations with nonunion personnel, with no intent to return to open session.
Eight members were present; Bridget Hynes of Amherst was absent. The committee and its Union 26 counterpart both voted unanimously to seal the meeting at approximately 6:15 p.m.
