Superintendent Dr.
Xi presented a detailed plan for integrating 145 Chestnut Street Academy sixth-graders into Amherst Regional Middle School through shared staff and spaces, though committee members raised significant concerns about impact on special education services and seventh- and eighth-grade programming.
