AMHERST — Superintendent Evaluation Subcommittee advances 2025-26 evaluation process with PowerSchool platform. Chaired by Sarahbess Kenney, the subcommittee reviewed PowerSchool Perform, which documents superintendent evaluations through notes and artifacts automatically attached to personnel records, with the 2025-26 goals aligned to district and DESE standards. Indicators and artifacts will be approved when goals are voted; Dr Xi Herman was assigned to incorporate Amherst-specific elements including opening a new school and launching a sixth-grade academy.
The subcommittee meets November 6 at 8:45 a.m. to discuss goals and artifacts, followed by a joint committee vote November 10.
