Amherst-Pelham Regional School Committee approves $35.7M fiscal year 2025 budget with town-increase cap. The committee voted 8-1 to adopt the budget with Chair Sarahbess Kenney supporting and Irv Rhodes opposed. The vote includes a new assessment-calculation method capping member-town budget increases at 8.2 percent, with Amherst's share at $19,229,322, and unanimous authorization for $177,000 in capital projects including Middle School air handlers, hot water renovation, and fire safety upgrades.
