AMHERST — The Cable Television Advisory Committee held its first meeting and elected Brianna Sunryd as chair unanimously. All six members attended the March 6 gathering, where Town Manager Paul Bockelman reviewed the Committee's charge and the current contracts between the Town and Comcast and between the Town and Amherst Media. The Committee agreed to meet approximately every two weeks on Fridays between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and discussed scheduling site visits to the Amherst Media office and Comcast's head end.
