The period's top recorded sale was 1107 North Pleasant Street at $547,000, sold by trustees Kiran and Geeta Mhatre to Krishna Patel. A condominium at 48 Amity Place sold for $150,000 to Greenfield Savings Bank. The remaining eight recorded documents, including mortgage filings, a homestead declaration and two Triangle Street parcels transferred to the town of Amherst, had no price recorded yet, limiting what the data shows about overall market pricing this period.
