Amherst Deed Records Show Two Disclosed Sales, Eight Undisclosed Filings in Late-Summer Period

Ten deeds were recorded for Amherst properties between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, but only two disclosed a sale price. Those ranged from $150,000 to $547,000, for a median of $348,500. The period's top disclosed sale was 1107 North Pleasant Street at $547,000, sold by trustees Kiran and Geeta Mhatre to Krishna Patel. A condominium at 48 Amity Place sold for $150,000 to Greenfield Savings Bank. The remaining eight recorded documents, including mortgage filings, a homestead declaration and two Triangle Street parcels transferred to the town of Amherst, did not disclose a price, limiting what the data shows about overall market pricing this period.
