Amherst Deed Filings Show Wide Price Gaps as Most Sales Prices Go Undisclosed

Amherst recorded 11 property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three disclosed a sale price. Prices ranged from $41,221 to $334,000, with a median of $175,000 among the disclosed sales.
